Peter Franus Brandlin Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Since 1991 I have produced a Zinfandel from Brandlin Vineyard on Mount Veeder. In 2016 I produced my first Cabernet Sauvignon from this iconic vineyard.

.The 2018 offers cassis, anise, floral and cedar notes with a balanced, expansive, and complex palate. Impeccable tannin, fruit, and acid balance, often atypical for "mountain fruit." 2018--perhaps the vintage of the decade.
