Description
Golden yellow colour in the glass. It has a subtle fragrance of ripe fruit: red apples and pears, peach, passion fruit, lemon, grapefruit and red currant. Accompanied by notes of almonds, hay flowers, anise, lime peel and sautéed fennel. The crisp acidity and the moderate alcohol content in combination with the fine melt and the grippy structure result in a straightforward taste, with a lot of freshness and pressure. The nutty structure sets accents.
