- Clay-limestone, gravelly soil
- 89% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec
- Long ageing period, partially in oak barrels. Regular quality controls during vinification. Few racking and manipulations before bottling. The objective is to preserve all the aromatic complexity of the wine.
