During 20 years, Delbeck was in charge of the wines produced at the famous Château Ausone for Ms Chalon-Dubois (co-owner until 1997).

Deep ruby colour. Delicate nose showing notes of blackcurrant and violet with a hint of cedar. Rounded, full-bodied palate offering a silky texture, this wine has a great balance with velvety tannins.

- 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc

- 15 months in barrel (30% new oak, 20% in white wine barrel, 50% one-wine barrel)
