Description
The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The juice is settled in stainless tanks for one day. 75% fermented and matured in French oak for 14 months with 40% being new oak and 35% second fill, 25% fermented and matured in concrete eggs for 14 months.
The wine has a bright straw colour and exquisite aroma, with scents reminiscent of Stone fruit, citrus and oatmeal. Well-structured and minerally with flavours of lime and toasted almonds on the palate. Prime drinking begins at 3-4 years and will mature in the bottle for many years.
