Grapes are whole bunch pressed and the must settled in stainless steel tanks overnight before the juice is fermented for 21 days in French oak barrels (30% new). The wine spent 12 months maturing in French oak barrels,
The wine shows bright straw yellow colour with golden highlights and ample aromas in scents that recall tropical fruits and grapefruit, mingling with hints of oatmeal and nutmeg. Medium-bodied with richly complex fruit flavours.
