Description
Grapes are selected from three vineyard sites of 6 hectares at 450 meters above sea level on southwest facing slopes.
The Chardonnay grapes is soft-crushed, chilled overnight and fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on the lees for 12 weeks to capture the essence of Chardonnay purity.
On release it has a pale lemon-green colour and intense aroma that recalls fresh citrus and tropical fruit. Bright and steely dry in flavour, but with a light to medium bodied mouth feel and lingering acidity all in perfect balance.
