Description
Vinification process: Traditional, with selected yeasts. Fermentation temperature between 26oC and 28oC. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for 6 months in American oak. Afterwards, the wine is bottled and stored for 3 to 6 months.
Color: Intense and bright red color.
Aroma: Reminiscent of ripe black fruits, slightly smoky.
Palate: Delicate, characterized by its marked tannins, unctuous and pleasant.
