Description
Vinification process: Traditional, with selected yeasts. Fermentation temperature between 26oC and 28oC. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for 6 months in American oak. Afterwards, the wine is bottled and stored for 3 to 6 months.
Color: Bright red color, with purple glints.
Aroma: Aromatic, with marked notes of ripe fruit and red fruit jams.
Palate: Soft and sweet tannins. Delicate and long finish.
