Description
Wine-making process: Cold skin maceration for 72 hours. Traditional fermentation, with daily overpumpings for the first 7 days. Malolactic fermentation. ORGANOLIPETIC NOTES Oak aging: The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Then aging in bottle for 6 months. Tasting Notes: This Malbec shows a bright and intense violet red color. On the nose, penetrating aromas of red fruits such as ripe plums and raspberries. It is a concentrated and complex wine, displaying complementary aromas of vanilla and spices. The balanced and firm tannins outstand on the attack. On the mid-palate, the fruity, mineral and smoky flavors expand, showing the complexity of this wine also in the mouth. The finish is long, velvety and memorable.
