Description
An appearance of deep brown with an olive tinge. The aromas are reminiscent of Christmas pudding, walnut and subtle chocolate. Fresh fruit cake with intense raisins are balanced with coffee beans from wood maturation. It has a dry and savoury finish with distinct ‘rancio’ characters.
