On the nose, grapefruit notes combine with passion fruit and boxtree aromas. The absence of green notes (methoxypyrazine) is a sign of a warmer vintage compared to 2021. The taste is dominated by citrusy and fruity notes, with a vertical and dynamic acidic sensation, which gives the impression of running through the palate from the tip of the tongue to the back of the mouth. Product just released; first bottling ocurred on July 7th, 2022.
