The Long family are passionate fruit growers at Lytton Farm in Northamptonshire. The farm is renowned for the quality of its blueberries. There’s also readily available source of quality apples – the result blueberry wines and an apple and blueberry cider co-ferment, both made simply from 100% juice content fermented apples and blueberries without the use of any concentrates.
