About
The grapes for Viña Palaciega (Wines of the Palace) are sourced from small vineyards in all three of the Rioja regions; Alta, Baja and Alavesa. These vineyards are located at between 300 and 600 metres altitude and enjoy the benefit of twenty-five-year-old vines. Traditional methods are used and the wines typically are 85% Tempranillo and 15% Garnacha. The wines are made to capture the traditional character of Rioja and have a modern easy-drinking style, the perfect introduction to this classic region.
