Bader Mimeur

Domaine Bader-Mimeur, located in Chassagne-Montrachet, has been founded in 1919 by Charles Mimeur and its son in law Charles Bader. Today, the young 5th generation, represented by Nathalie BERNARD and her brother Sébastien FOSSIER, is running an 8 hectares- vineyard producing wines of Chassagne-Montrachet appellation (white and red), Saint-Aubin 1er cru “En Remilly” and Bourgogne. The heart of the estate is the “Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet” vineyard, 98% owned by Bader-Mimeur’s family. They also developed a confidential wine trade selection on Puligny and Meursault wines.
